Accommodation - Terms and Conditions

Bookings:

All bookings must be paid 50% down to secure reservation and remaining due 30 days prior to arrival...discounts on request, if available due to season/amount of guests.

Check In and Check Out Times

• Check In from 1.00pm
• Check Out prior to 11.00am
• Should you require an early Check In please contact the owner directly (a fee may apply). For a late Check Out, please contact reception on the day of departure (fees may apply)

Cancellations and/or Non Arrival

At the time of booking, a 50% deposit is required to confirm nightly rate and package reservations. If reservations are made within 30 days prior to arrival date full deposit is required. Cancellation 45 days or less prior to scheduled arrival date is non-refundable, however, a $50US cancellation fee will be charged if cancellation is more than the 45 days prior to arrival.
